Comrades-Vital Health Foods Women’s Seminar in Pretoria

It’s all about motivating female runners for peak performance in the 2013 Ultimate Human Race and the Comrades Marathon Association (CMA) is forging ahead with its innovative women’s seminars this weekend.
Following in the success of the Cape Town and Johannesburg seminars, the CMA is continuing its collaboration with Vital Health Foods, the market leader in the South African health foods industry, to present the Vital-Comrades Marathon Women’s Seminar in Pretoria on Saturday (16.2.2013).
Many female runners have long held the belief that competing in the world’s biggest and oldest ultra-road running event – the Comrades Marathon - was beyond their capability. Hence, the implementation of these seminars which aim to empower female participants with some vital information to prepare them for South Africa’s most grueling road-running challenge.
These women will be empowered with psychological and technical know-how that will help them fuel their drive for road-running and achieve their Comrades Marathon goal.

Being hosted in the month of February, the aim is to prepare those women who have entered the 2013 Comrades Marathon for the peak training months of March and April.

The Pretoria Seminar will be held on Saturday, 16 February 2013 from 09h00 -13h00 at the Arcadia Hotel and Conference Centre, 515 Proes Street, Pretoria.
