COMRADES WOMEN’S BOOT CAMP IN JOHANNESBURG LOADING

Ladies, No Doubt! This one’s for you!

Following the success of the Comrades Women’s Boot Camp in Durban earlier this month, bookings for the Comrades Women’s Boot Camp in Johannesburg are now open via the Comrades Marathon website.

These Camps form part of the CMA’s Runners First initiative and will provide tailor-made advice for our female participants, assisting them to stay in top form while also motivating and inspiring them for peak performance on race day.

CMA Marketing & Communications Manager, Delaine Cools says, “We are pleased to confirm that bookings for this year’s Comrades Women’s Boot Camps in Gauteng are now open. This women-specific fitness and info-packed session for our ladies in Gauteng are nearly fully booked and we therefore urge all aspirant attendants to promptly confirm their spot.”

“Together with our boot camp instructor, Masibulele Mkhundlu also known as FitMasi, our Comrades Coach strength and conditioning specialist, Shona Hendricks, as well as Comrades Coach dietitian, Nikki De Villiers, attendees can expect an action packed and highly motivating morning out. Our women-specific goodie bags will also be crammed with running gadgets, refreshments and mementoes, which we expect to be incredibly well received.”

In line with the CMA’s 2024 campaign of showcasing Comrades’ Local Legends, we will have a motivational talk by 2023 Comrades Marathon runner-up, Adele Broodryk.

Join us for another fun-filled morning at the:

  • Johannesburg Boot Camp: Southern Sun Sandton – 123 Rivonia Road, Sandown, Sandton
    Saturday, 23 March 2024 at 08h00

In addition to a goodie bag, each attendant will receive a scrumptious breakfast and one-on-one interactions with our panel of road-running professionals. Please remember to bring your own yoga mat and towel.
